What started as corpus Christi's only downtown kolache bakery serving up our signature brisket kolaches, we have evolved and expanded into a full scale production kitchen based in Portland, TX.
We start each and every day with our delicious kolaches at 7am, then feature scratch made soups, deli items and pies for lunch until 2pm.Earlier/later pickup and delivery times can be arranged. Please give us a call to schedule your after hours and special occasion kolaches and catering.
